"I love That dirty Water"

The Standells said it best "I love that dirty water, Oh Boston you're my home!"  Even after almost 9 months away Boston easily still feels like home.  While I've often heard, thing are never quite as you left them, in this case I must disagree. It still takes forever and a day to get an "E" train on the green line.  Although I did notice the Blue line has gotten new train cars in much less item then it took to get the green line trolley's functioning. They've also demolished the old Mavric station, and are constructing and entirely new on on the site. Despite rampant new construction everywhere, the city is spectacularly clean, and well it's just fun to be here.

If anyone told me "if you like Boston so much you should just move there", they would be spot on.  However, I've decided to make a go of it for now in NYC, and for the time being I will be there doing exactly that.  Although I will give New York credit for the bars closing at 4am. This is definitely something worth replicating elsewhere.

While I've been here thought the Celtics have won the finals for the first time in about 20 years. Since this final game if the first game I've watched in about 7 years, I don't claim to be a Celtics fan, but being in Boston  when they won was awesome. I've also seen the Red Sox win almost every game this week except for Friday nights game.   Oh yeah and I also confirmed while here that the NY Yankees, do in fact "SUCK".
